T-600B High Speed Tapping Center expands processing field and meets the customer’s processing need of large size parts.The screw rod of X/Y/Z axis all adopts precision ball screw, the three-axis guide rails adopt precision linear guide rails; Three axes adopt absolute value servomotors, by using the imported high-performance CNC system to analysis and compensate the location of coordinates to realize the high precision of the machine; The spindle adopts high precision inline spindle, with direct-drive structure, the highest speed is up to 20000rpm in standard; The castings adopt Meehanite casting process with complete heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. The machine which has high-precision、 high-speed and high-rigidity characteristics and integrates drilling、 tapping and milling together is widely used in the processing of small plate pars、 disc parts and shells in3C industry、auto parts industry、small molds processing industry、 medical apparatuses industry etc.
Base structure is specially designed by using digital analysis, with extra-large span and the supports of six points, which can improve rigidity and vibration resistance of the machine, and ensure good stability during the processing period.The motor and spindle adopt direct-drive structure to reduce the error of high-speed tapping, and the character of high output power can give full play in high-speed、high-efficiency and heavy cutting processing.The high speed spindle with fast response speed adopts ceramic ball bearing, which can substantially expend the spindle’s using time.The Z axis’s rigidity and acceleration are greatly improved after optimization, and the running time of empty stroke is reduced.The large tilt angle stainless steel junk slot can realize quickly rinsing of the chip, and can accelerate the return velocity of cutting fluid.The high-speed servo tool changer with best optimized PLC which is quick and stable can reduce tool change time and non-processing time.High-speed and high-rigidity tappingBy loading high-speed PLC engine to improve response speed, reduce cycle time, optimize detail parameters in processing, improve smoothness of feed, and the improved processed edge/ surface doesn’t need to arrange subsequent processes treatment.

Mainly used for 3 C of consumer electronics shell, stainless steel equipment, aerospace, automotive parts and equipment in the industry of small plate parts processing.
