PMTF was founded in collaboration with the renowned Swiss company, Messers Oerlikon Buhrle & Co. a. Compliance with Laws
All employees must comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Pakistan, including those governing labor, environment, procurement, and safety.
b. Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with official duties. Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management.
c. Confidentiality
Employees must safeguard company information, intellectual property, and customer data, and refrain from unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
d. Fair Dealing

e. Use of Company Assets

8. Review & Acknowledgment
All employees must review and acknowledge their understanding of this Code upon joining PMTF and periodically thereafter. Updates to the Code will be communicated by HR.
